We didn't pick these markets from a desk — we've personally visited each one and compared entry price, growth potential, and rental yield. These three make the most sense to us today.

Albania

Albania

The lowest entry price by the sea in Europe

Albania is a market most investors overlooked until recently. It combines a low entry price, fast-growing tourism, and a coastline that's only now being discovered. It's also where we made our own first investment, back in 2022.

Cyprus

A practically year-round season and two different sides of the island

Cyprus is an island split into two parts with different rules and price levels. The south (Republic of Cyprus) is an EU member and uses the euro. The north has been going through a significant construction boom in recent years, and entry prices there are noticeably lower. Each option suits a different type of investor.
