The resort is designed as a standalone seaside district spanning 1.1 kilometers of its own coastline and 300,000 m² of green space. Each residential block has its own reception, a landscaped inner courtyard, a pool, a fitness center, and a playground. The apartments themselves come with a Smart Home system, air conditioning, and enhanced thermal and sound insulation. The whole complex also includes the five-star Meliá hotel, restaurants, cafés, shops, and a coastal promenade. Apartment owners are guaranteed access to the private beach, access to the sports facilities, and discounted prices on selected resort services.

📍 Location and amenities
The project is located on Albania's northern coast, near the town of Velipojë. The grounds function as a fully self-sufficient resort, providing all necessary amenities, sports, and recreation right on site. The entire resort is designed as a pedestrian zone with no car traffic.
