GDP is growing at roughly 9% a year, wages by around 10% a year, and property prices by around 13% a year. We'll go through what that actually means for your investment's long-term value.
Where we see opportunities
Batumi, Shekvetili, or Gonio — not every location and project is equally interesting. We'll tell you openly what we'd recommend, and just as openly what we wouldn't buy ourselves.
How renting works
Real rental yields typically run 6–12% a year, rental income is taxed at just 5%, and after two years of ownership you pay no tax on the sale at all. We'll go through who takes care of renting it out when you're not there.
Why go in person
Photos and floor plans won't show you what a place is really like, how far it actually is to walk to the sea, or how quiet a location gets outside the season. A personal visit is the fastest way to check all that for yourself — with no obligation to buy anything.
